At Furrytales Pet, we aim to deliver your pet’s favorite treats as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We offer free shipping for order purchased over a certain amount. 

  • All prices are in [CAD/USD].


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use trusted courier services such as Canada Post / UPS / FedEx / Purolator.

  • Delivery times depend on the courier and your location, and are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

  • If your package is lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  • Damaged packages caused during shipping are not refundable as stated in our Return Policy.


6. International Shipping

  • We currently do offer international shipping.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
